Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Qizurio's gourmet food truck catering services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Qizurio. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. User Obligations

As a user of Qizurio's services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking catering services
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Respect our staff and maintain appropriate conduct during service
• Ensure adequate space and utilities for food truck operations at your event
• Notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance
• Make timely payments according to agreed terms
• Obtain necessary permits or permissions for events on private or public property

3. Service Limitations

Qizurio's catering services are subject to the following limitations:

• Services are available within our designated geographic service area
• Menu items may vary based on seasonal availability and supply chain factors
• Minimum order quantities may apply for certain events
• Weather conditions may affect outdoor service capabilities
• We reserve the right to refuse service for events that violate our policies
• Service capacity is limited by food truck size and staffing availability

We strive to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee availability of custom menu items or services outside our standard offerings.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to recipes, menu designs, logos, trademarks, trade names, photographs, text, graphics, and proprietary cooking methods, are the exclusive property of Qizurio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our intellectual property without express written permission. This includes photographing or recording our cooking processes, recipes, or proprietary techniques for commercial purposes.

5. Liability Limitations

Qizurio's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Food allergic reactions not disclosed in advance
• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
• Damages to property not directly caused by our negligence
• Lost profits or business interruption at your event
• Third-party actions or injuries not directly attributable to our services

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for our services. You agree to indemnify and hold Qizurio harmless from any claims arising from your event or use of our services.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. The arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Before initiating arbitration, parties must attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations for a period of thirty days. This agreement to arbitrate shall survive termination of these terms.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations forfeit all payments unless caused by extreme weather conditions or circumstances beyond your control.

8. Modifications and Termination

Qizurio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We may terminate or suspend services at our discretion for violations of these terms or inappropriate conduct. These terms shall be governed by applicable state and federal laws.
